Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end investment reporting and analyze cash flow for key programs.
• Analyze margins, price realization, product cost competitiveness, and profitability actions.
• Communicate results to senior leaders, drive improvements, and partner across SPM functions and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of analytical methods, decision-making, effective communication, and financial reporting.

Preferred experience and skills

• Top candidates have manufacturing, operations finance, or cost accounting experience, including tariffs.
• Excel and Power BI proficiency, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements are sought in top candidates.

Compensation

• Summary pay range is $112,710 to $169,060 per year.
• Benefits and compensation may vary based on individualized factors.
