About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant

with more than 3 years of UAE experience and strong proficiency in

Quickbooks

to manage financial operations and support the continued growth of our business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, and experience in retail, beauty, skincare, or e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, budgets, and management accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and expense management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, financial policies, and accounting standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.
  • Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory financial reporting requirements.
  • Track inventory costs and perform pricing analysis for skincare and beauty products.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting systems.
  • Manage e-commerce sales accounting entries, payment gateway reconciliations, and related reporting.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum
  • 4–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
  • .
  • Experience in the
  • skincare, beauty, retail, or e-commerce industry
  • is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Solid understanding of UAE tax regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting best practices.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling inventory accounting and cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment reconciliation processes.
  • Professional accounting certifications (ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
