We are seeking a creative and data-driven
Content Creator & Meta Ads Specialist
who understands social media algorithms, AI-powered marketing tools and performance advertising.
The ideal candidate can create viral content, scale sales through Meta advertising and continuously optimize campaigns to lower customer acquisition cost (CAC) while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
This role requires a growth-focused marketer who combines creativity, AI-driven insights and advertising expertise to produce high-performing content, scale profitable campaigns and drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-performing content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms.
- Develop viral content strategies based on audience behaviour, trends and platform algorithms.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Drive sales, leads, and revenue through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while maintaining or improving conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Build retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns to improve efficiency and scale.
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, AI marketing trends, and best practices in digital growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing principles.
- Deep knowledge of social media algorithms and content distribution systems.
- Strong understanding of social media and AI-driven algorithms, including content recommendation systems and ad optimization mechanisms.
- Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement content.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and reducing CAC.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and short-form video content skills.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking/attribution tools.
