Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile the complete set of accounts for UAE and India companies.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Income Statements, and Balance Sheets.
- Monitor and maintain inventory/stock records and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage cash flow and ensure proper cash control procedures.
- Record all financial transactions accurately and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Process monthly invoices, supplier payments, and customer receipts.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
- Process monthly payroll and maintain employee leave records.
- Maintain and file monthly bank statements.
- Coordinate office maintenance, servicing, and procurement of office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
- Recommend and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience is preferred).
- Experience managing accounts for multiple companies is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: **AED 2,500 – AED 3,500** per month (depending on experience).
- Employment Visa provided by the company.
- Medical Insurance.
- Annual Leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
