Overview
**Job Summary**ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLC is looking for a competent and experienced **Fiberglass Technician** to join our production team in Dubai.
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end fabrication of fiberglass products — including mold preparation, lamination, trimming, finishing, and final assembly.
This position requires practical technical expertise and the capability to independently produce complete finished units, not limited to basic lamination work.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in fiberglass fabrication or composite manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to manage complete product fabrication, not only laminating tasks
- Solid understanding of resin systems, curing processes, and reinforcement techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, grinders, and drilling equipment
- Strong focus on precision and quality standards
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference
Important Note
This role requires full fabrication and assembly expertise.
Applicants with experience limited solely to basic lamination will not be considered.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 1,800 – AED 2,500 per month (depending on experience and technical capability)
- Company-provided employment visa
- Medical insurance and annual leave in accordance with UAE Labour Law
- Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
