Overview

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile complete accounting records for both UAE and India entities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Income Statements, and Balance Sheets.
• Monitor inventory and stock movements and provide regular updates to management.
• Supervise cash flow activities and ensure effective cash management practices.
• Record and process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and verify account balances regularly.
• Process supplier invoices and coordinate payments on a monthly basis.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting documents, records, and filing systems.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and maintain employee leave records.
• Maintain and organize monthly bank statements and related financial documentation.
• Coordinate office maintenance, servicing schedules, and procurement of office supplies.
• Provide administrative assistance and support to management whenever required.
• Recommend and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures as needed.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience; UAE experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience managing accounts for multiple companies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of VAT regulations, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given preference.

Salary And Benefits

• Salary package: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
