We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to support our operations and finance team.
Role Overview
The Accountant will work closely with the Operations team to manage day-to-day financial activities, invoicing, collections, payments, and financial records.
The role requires strong attention to detail, financial discipline, and follow-up skills for client recoveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections/recoveries
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records
- Process vendor payments and expense reimbursements
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Coordinate with operations team on billing, project costing, and payment status
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and receipts
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and cash flow tracking
- Support management with financial data when required
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of accounting experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience handling invoicing, receivables, and payment follow-ups
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong communication skills (especially for payment follow-ups)
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams efficiently
