We are looking for an Accountant with experience in healthcare sector who is responsible for managing a facility's financial health, specializing in complex revenue cycles, billing, and regulatory compliance.
They oversee daily accounting operations, produce financial statements, and support strategic planning and cost-control initiatives tailored to medical operations.
Core Responsibilities

- g: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and leading the month-end/year-end close processes.

- g: Assisting in annual budget creation and conducting monthly variance analysis to advise management on cost-contro

- e: Ensuring financial practices comply with local tax regulations (e.g., UAE Corporate Tax and VAT) and healthcare industry standard

- p: Mentoring junior accounting staff and implementing process improvements to streamline department workflows
Key Requiremets

- on: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an added advantage
