We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's financial activities in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Review and verify sales invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and review petty cash transactions and balances.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments and maintain collection records.
Maintain organized financial documents, records, and filing systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Support audits and provide required financial documentation when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience is preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
