About This Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant who can handle both accounting and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should not only manage financial records, but also support daily business operations including cashier duties, inventory management, and sales tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily accounting operations and financial records

- Manage POS (cashier) system and process customer transactions

- Monitor sales, pricing, and cost analysis (COGS & margins)

- Track and manage inventory (stock in/out, reporting, discrepancies)

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

- Manage cash flow and reconcile accounts

- Coordinate with suppliers and handle purchase records

- Assist in budgeting and expense control

- Ensure accuracy in invoices, receipts, and financial data

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting

- Experience using POS / cashier systems

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles

- Good understanding of inventory and cost control

- Proficient in Excel and accounting software

- Ability to multitask and handle operational responsibilities

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

- Experience in retail or coffee shop environment

- Knowledge of ERP systems

- Experience in pricing strategy and profit analysis

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
