Accounting and financial operations
- Compile and analyze account information and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries.
- Review department work and develop efficient procedures while maintaining accuracy.
- Assist with monthly management reports and schedules.
- Maintain fixed-asset and depreciation schedules.
- Resolve banking discrepancies and coordinate bank-service matters.
- Prepare monthly bank, cash, credit-card, and accounts-payable reconciliations.
- Manage fund-flow statements, daily bank positions, and post-dated cheque schedules.
- Verify payment documentation, request disbursements, and manage supplier payments.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and prepare cash-flow forecasts.
- Coordinate account openings and credit facilities; verify branch petty cash.
- Initiate online banking transactions, including transfers, payroll, supplier payments, and utilities.
Payroll and audit
- Handle payroll, including company WPS transactions.
- Liaise with auditors for the external audit.
Experience
- At least 2 years of UAE accounting experience.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role; work location is in person.
