Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for facility management services.
- Meet potential clients and present company services professionally.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience; facility management or service industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of facility management services is an advantage.
- A valid driving license is a plus point.
- Proficiency in MS Office or CRM systems.
