Job Description — Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant (Odoo)
Role: Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant
Company: Elaf Tiles & Flooring Materials Trading LLC
Work Type: Hybrid (UAE-based)
Hours: ~10–20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Odoo (mandatory)
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, receivables, and payables
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Handle VAT calculations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, basic MIS)
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Coordinate with internal team and external auditors when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (non-negotiable)
- Familiarity with UAE VAT and basic compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
