Accountant / Admin (Real Estate)
About This Role
We are a growing real estate company in Dubai looking for a multi-tasking Accountant/Admin who can handle both financial and operational tasks efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, cost-conscious, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Bookkeeping and daily financial entries
- Bank reconciliation
- VAT filing (or willingness to learn UAE VAT procedures)
- Preparing basic financial reports
- Handling rent collections and tenant payments
Admin & Operations:
- Managing emails and company documents
- Updating CRM and tenant database
- Coordinating with tenants and property owners
- Assisting in property listing uploads on platforms like Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut
- Coordinating maintenance requests and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience
- Real estate experience is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Good coordination and tenant-handling skills
- Own visa required
- Male candidates preferred
- UAE driving license is a plus
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
