Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quailfied **Financial Accountant / Financial Analyst** who has experienced working in fintech based company to join a growing FinTech organization focused on global financial markets infrastructure and digital assets, including stablecoin initiatives.
The role will support the **Group CFO** in strengthening financial reporting, controls, and analytics, while ensuring the finance function is scalable and aligned with business growth.
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure timely **month-end and year-end close**
- Prepare accurate **financial statements** in line with IFRS
- Maintain general ledger integrity and supporting schedules
Financial Analysis & Business Support
- Prepare and analyze **management reports (MIS)** for decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance tracking
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Controls & Compliance
- Assist in establishing and maintaining **internal controls**, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements
- Support audit processes (internal and external)
Systems & Process Enhancement
- Provide finance inputs for **ERP implementation (NetSuite preferred)**
- Ensure systems are configured for accurate reporting and controls
- Perform reconciliations between source systems and accounting records
Process Improvement & Scalability
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes
- Support scaling of finance operations in a high-growth environment
- Ensure readiness for increased transaction volumes and complexity
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, tech, operations)
- Participate in discussions impacting finance and provide insights on financial implications
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Experience
- accountant/ analyst in a fintech based company: 3 years (Preferred)
License And Certification
- Are you a qualified CA/CPA/ACCA (Preferred)
