Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws
• Provide financial insights and support decision-making

Requirements

• * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate related field
• * Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role for 3-4 years
• * Knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and best practices
• * Proficiency in accounting software
• * Strong Excel and analytical skills
• * High level of accuracy and attention to details
