Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented **Storekeeper / Assistant Storekeeper** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support daily store operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain smooth coordination with various hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities
- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure proper documentation.
- **Receiving & Issuing Goods:** Inspect incoming materials, verify quality and quantity, and issue items to departments as per approved requests.
- **Record Keeping:** Update inventory systems, maintain organized storage areas, and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- **Department Coordination:** Work closely with Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to support smooth hotel functions.
- **Safety & Hygiene:** Follow proper storage procedures, including temperature control and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., FMC, BirchStreet, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
