About the Role

Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented **Receiving Clerk** to support our daily receiving operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all goods delivered to the hotel are accurately inspected, documented, and stored in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Goods Inspection** — Verify the quality, quantity, and condition of all incoming items.
  • **Documentation & Recording** — Match deliveries with purchase orders, prepare receiving reports, and update inventory systems.
  • **Coordination** — Communicate with Purchasing, Stores, and Suppliers regarding discrepancies or issues.
  • **Compliance** — Ensure all receiving procedures follow hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
  • **Storage Handling** — Assist in proper labeling, storage, and transfer of goods to relevant departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of inventory or receiving systems (e.g., FMC, BirchStreet, or similar)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment
