- A growing maintenance, renovation, and joinery company looking for a **Digital Operations & AI Executive** to help improve systems, workflows, automation, and operational efficiency across the business.

- You will work closely with management to help build a more efficient and AI-driven company.
AI & Automation
- Implement AI tools across company operations
- Assist with AI-based quotation drafting workflows
- Improve follow-up and scheduling systems
- Help automate repetitive admin tasks
- Support WhatsApp, Jobber, and reporting workflows
Operations & Systems
- Improve operational processes and tracking
- Create dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
- Organize SOPs and workflows
- Support scheduling and coordination systems
Digital & Marketing Support
- Assist with content coordination and AI-generated content
- Support Google Ads reporting and lead tracking
- Help improve internal digital systems
Team Support
- Help staff use AI tools effectively
- Support implementation of efficient digital workflows
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and operations
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
• Google Sheets / Excel
- Zapier or Make.com (preferred)
- CRM or operational systems
- Organized and process-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and implement systems
- Must be currently based in UAE
Preferred
- Experience in operations, automation, startups, or process improvement
- Basic understanding of AI workflows and business automation
- Experience working with operational businesses or service companies
Compensation
- Salary based on experience
- Growth opportunity in expanding company
- Opportunity to build and lead digital systems internally
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
