Overview
A growing **joinery, fit-out, and renovation company** in Dubai is looking for an experienced **Carpenter** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in **custom furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, doors, partitions, and general carpentry works**, and be comfortable working both in the **workshop/factory and on-site installations**.
Carpentry & Joinery Works
- Fabrication and installation of **wardrobes, cabinets, doors, furniture, wall panels, and custom joinery items**
- Work with **MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, and solid wood**
- Read basic drawings, measurements, and cutting sizes
- Handle assembly, fitting, and finishing adjustments
Workshop Responsibilities
- Support production of joinery items in factory/workshop
- Use carpentry tools and machines safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Site Installation
- Install joinery works on project sites
- Carry out adjustments, rectification, and finishing touch-ups
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years experience** as a carpenter in **joinery / fit-out / furniture works**
- Experience in both **workshop production and site installation**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good workmanship and attention to detail
- Must be currently based in UAE
Preferred
- Experience in joinery workshop or furniture factory
- Basic understanding of drawings
- UAE driving license is an advantage

- Salary based on experience
