**SS Workforce** is looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our growing team in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare invoices, payments, and financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records
- Assist with VAT and other financial compliance requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE or in Home Country preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Tamil language proficiency preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Handle office correspondence and administrative tasks
- Conduct telemarketing calls to potential clients
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Maintain customer databases and records
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous receptionist or telemarketing experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Speaking Multi language prefer
