Account Manager Specialist on the Personal Insurance Concierge team, reporting to the Director, Personal Insurance.
Manages complex accounts and provides guidance to clients with unique insurance needs.
This is a replacement position.
Responsibilities
- Procure and manage a dedicated portfolio of personal-lines clients.
- Advise clients, identify insurance needs, and work with insurance markets and the Concierge team.
- Build client relationships and expand product offerings to grow existing accounts.
- Maintain relationships with insurance carriers and clients.
- Prepare insurance submissions, proposals, and summaries of insurance as required.
- Review client portfolios, mitigate risk, and make recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of personal insurance experience.
- RIBO licence or ability to obtain one.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
- EPIC experience and working toward a CAIB, CIP, or CRM designation are assets.

- The position offers a hybrid working environment.
Compensation
- Expected base salary range is $50,100 to $74,000; final compensation varies with experience, qualifications, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
