Account Manager on the Personal Insurance Team, reporting to the Manager, Personal Insurance.
Services and maintains an existing personal insurance portfolio for customers and insurance markets.
What you will do
- Respond to policyholder calls and email inquiries with guidance and advice.
- Complete coverage reviews and recommendations and address client concerns.
- Record client discussions in EPIC and follow activity-code and file-labeling procedures.
- Use a client-centric, consultative approach to provide solutions.
- Support sales goals through account rounding, upselling, and referrals while maintaining retention and relationships.
What you will bring
- RIBO license or ability to obtain one.
- At least 2 years of personal insurance experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Sound judgment, ethics, integrity, computer skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Organization, prioritization, and time management in a fast-paced environment; able to work independently and with a team.
- CAIB or CIP designation, or working toward one, is an asset.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid work environment.
Compensation
- Expected base salary range is $45,700 to $64,000; final compensation may vary based on relevant factors.
