You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

– Responsible for developing large and medium-sized enterprise clients, including Fortune Global 500 companies, large, listed companies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and centrally-administered SOEs; executing sales plans, meeting performance and client acquisition targets, and expanding sales business.

– Signing contracts with large and medium-sized enterprise clients; preparing and executing sales and service proposals; providing integrated, packaged solutions to satisfy client procurement needs.

– Extracting new business opportunities; leading and assisting in the operations and maintenance of signed clients; implementing optimization measures, building marketing and application scenarios, and enhancing customer experience.

– Understanding market and client needs; feeding back industry-related insights; strengthening coordination with internal operations and commercial teams; managing client online purchasing, payment collection, and after-sales service.

– Managing accounts receivable and payment collections for credit-period clients; providing regular after-sales service; continuously strengthening client relationships to improve customer satisfaction and stickiness.
