Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive intern to join our logistics team in Dubai.
You will provide end-to-end administrative & operational support for daily logistics business, assist in documentation, cross-team communication and special project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily business data sorting, organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process documents.
Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners, follow up, collect feedback and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Offer full support for special projects and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2027, all majors are welcome.
Fluent in both Chinese and English with professional working proficiency in both languages.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools; basic understanding of logistics workflows is preferred.
Detail-oriented, responsible and quick to learn, with strong communication skills and team spirit.
