Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Sales Representatives of Services, Except Advertising, Insurance, Financial Services, and Travel to work on a contract basis.
This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by conducting market research and targeted outreach to engage prospective and existing clients.
The position contributes directly to the development of next-generation AI systems by ensuring high-quality, real-world input from domain experts.
This work shapes how AI models learn, reason, and perform across industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in target industries.
- Perform targeted outreach to engage prospective clients and present solutions tailored to their needs.
- Utilize consultative and solution-based sales approaches to build client relationships and close deals.
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM systems and data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including domain experts and AI engineers, to ensure alignment on client needs and project goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in sales of services, with a focus on B2B or enterprise solutions, and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, including email, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, including negotiation and problem-solving.
- Self-discipline and remote work proficiency, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of AI or data annotation is a plus but not required; domain expertise in relevant fields is valued.
