Overview

  • The Account Manager - Partnerships plays a key role in supporting the execution of Miral Destinations Sponsorship and Partnership strategy.
  • With the guidance of senior management and in collaboration with internal stakeholders, the Account Manager ensures partnership agreements are effectively executed and deliver value to both- partners and Miral.
  • This is a dynamic role involving both internal and external responsibilities.
  • Internally, the Account Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate partnership activities, ensuring alignment and seamless delivery.
  • Externally, the Account Manager serves as a primary point of contact for assigned partners, managing day-to-day communication, handling enquiries, and supporting the planning and execution of campaigns and activations.
  • The Account Manager is essential in maintaining partner satisfaction, supporting relationship development, and ensuring consistent delivery of partnership value.
  • This role requires a proactive and highly motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for partnerships and account management.
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
  • Relevant experience in account management or partnership roles, ideally supporting brands across multiple sectors and markets.
  • Experience in supporting sponsorship or partnership programs for rights holders, agencies, or brands.
  • Ability to support negotiation of partnership agreements and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Good understanding of brand marketing and experience supporting campaign execution across traditional and digital channels.
  • Ability to contribute to the development and presentation of activation ideas to partners.
  • Experience supporting the planning and implementation of partnership activation programs.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills to ensure effective delivery of partnership obligations.
  • Ability to track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and cultural landscape is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilit

  • yDay-to-day management of assigned partner accounts, supporting key partnerships as required
  • .Proactive relationship management at all times, maintaining a solutions-focused approach
  • .Supporting the delivery of contractual rights for designated partners, ensuring obligations are met
  • .Providing a dedicated and consistently high level of service to partners
  • .Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and contributing to improvements across partnerships
  • .Building and maintaining relationships with relevant contacts within partner organizations to support relationship development
  • .Developing a strong understanding of designated partners business categories (competitor activity, brand positioning, market trends)
  • .Supporting the delivery of partner contractual obligations, ensuring all requirements are met accurately and on time
  • .Working with partners to maximize the value of their rights by identifying and supporting activation opportunities and contributing ideas on a regular basis
  • .Managing approval requests and tracking progress internally and with third-party stakeholders
  • .Supporting the tracking and delivery of post-campaign evaluations for partner activations
  • .Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support the overall performance and success of partnerships
  • .Undertaking tasks as required within the partnerships team to support overall operations
  • .Ensuring status reports are maintained and meetings are scheduled and coordinated effectively
  • .Supporting the development and execution of partnership and sales activities
  • .Coordinating client meetings and supporting guest management processes where required
  • .Supporting the development of sales and partnership materials
  • .Assisting with partner-related events and activation requirements
  • .Managing partner trackers, invitations, and engagement opportunities
  • .Supporting the management of contractual tickets, event credits, and related tracking
  • .Liaising with Finance on required processes
  • .Supporting the department on ad hoc business development, research, and strategic initiative

  • :Educated to degree level (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
  • .Relevant experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or account management
  • .3–5 years of relevant work experience in partnerships, account management, or business development
  • .Experience working in the UAE market
  • .Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • .Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • .Good organizational and administrative skills
