Account Manager / Relationship Manager / Conversion Specialist
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. Your main goal is to turn potential leads into active trading clients. If you are persuasive, love hitting targets, and have a passion for financial markets, this is the perfect role for you.
What You Will Do
- Sales & Conversion: Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain our trading services, and convert leads into active accounts.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new users through the registration, verification, and first deposit process.
- Relationship Building: Maintain consistent follow-ups to build trust and ensure high conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all calls and client interactions in our system.
- Meet Targets: Work toward achieving monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Telesales, BPO, or Call Center sales.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Language: Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Mindset: You should be target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: An interest in financial markets is a big plus.

- Must be available to join immediately.
- Proven track record in sales and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
