Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Account Manager role based in Dubai.

The Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of key clients, build strong customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction through efficient communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

include developing client-specific strategies, negotiating contracts, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven Account Management experience in B2B environments, with expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to close deals and address client concerns effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and lead client meetings.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant software for tracking client interactions and managing accounts efficiently.
  • Experience in the construction, equipment rental, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Capacity to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams as required.
