Role Description
The Account Manager role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, offering a blend of on-site responsibilities and work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
The Account Manager will collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional service, address client concerns, and support business goals through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in account management tools and CRM software
- Analytical thinking and ability to develop strategic plans to meet client needs
- Knowledge of the retail or related industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Flexibility to manage hybrid work environment with availability for on-site tasks in Dubai
