About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Edelman DXI.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and client services to deliver innovative marketing solutions that meet client objectives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing trends, possesses strong analytical skills, and demonstrates a proactive approach to campaign management and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and brand objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms to maximize ROI and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and digital assets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging digital content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative campaign execution.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative team environment.
