Account Executive – Corporate Services

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of corporate clients as a day-to-day contact.
• Support QFC company registrations, licensing, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinate client onboarding and collection of corporate and compliance documents.
• Support KYC, AML, and compliance documentation as required.
• Assist with corporate administration and ongoing company maintenance.
• Coordinate with QFC, relevant authorities, and stakeholders.
• Track applications, renewals, approvals, and outstanding client requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and complete, up-to-date documentation.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide timely application and request updates.
• Work with internal compliance, finance, and administration teams.
• Build and maintain professional corporate-client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in corporate services, company formation, business setup, corporate administration, or a similar environment.
• Previous QFC experience is required.
• Good understanding of QFC processes, corporate documentation, and client requirements.
• Experience managing or coordinating corporate client accounts.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML and compliance documentation is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Qatar residence or relevant Qatar market experience is preferred.
