  • What this role is all about
  • As an Account Executive at Infobip, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle and play a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their business challenges and position Infobip’s solutions as long-term value drivers.
  • You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team that partners closely with product, marketing, and support to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • This role is well suited for someone motivated by ownership, impact, and building trusted client relationships.
  • What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities using a variety of prospecting techniques
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and map them to Infobip’s product portfolio
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and deal closure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
  • Address client objections and concerns with structured problem solving and critical thinking
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and up-to-date opportunity data in the CRM system
  • What makes you a strong fit
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales role, ideally within SaaS or telecommunications
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business drivers and value-based selling
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with demonstrated experience in contract negotiations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in complex sales environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive alignment toward shared goals
  • Good understanding of industry dynamics relevant to Infobip’s solutions
  • Confident objection-handling skills and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Solid product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and position technical solutions
  • Proficiency in sales prospecting techniques, tools, and CRM systems
  • Experience with solution-selling methodologies
  • Nice-to-have qualifications
  • Experience selling complex, multi-product platforms or enterprise solutions
  • Background in managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
