This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, innovative B2B fintech environment. You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, generating new business, and closing deals using advanced sales methodologies. The position emphasizes consultative selling, strategic prospecting, and building strong client relationships while continuously refining your skills in high-impact sales strategies. Accountabilities As an Account Executive, your primary responsibilities include:
- Utilize consultative and GAP Selling techniques to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using advanced prospecting strategies, ensuring forecasting accuracy and quota attainment.
- Conduct needs assessments to uncover customer challenges and opportunities, tailoring solutions to meet client goals.
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals aligned with proven high-performance sales methodologies.
- Negotiate effectively to close deals while overcoming objections and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, refine sales processes, and optimize overall performance.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and drive revenue growth.
Requirements The ideal candidate will bring a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Understanding or willingness to learn GAP Selling principles and advanced sales methodologies.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry or fintech sales is a plus.
- Openness to coaching, continuous learning, and feedback-driven improvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust and credibility with clients.
