Job Title: Account Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing collections, and supporting daily banking and office accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and finalize books of accounts; support working capital budgeting and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, banking, and internal guidelines.
- Update customer accounts daily and follow up for timely collections.
- Assist customers with invoices, credit notes, and related documentation.
- Handle cheque deposits, bank reconciliations, and support banking documentation.
- Support office accounting functions, including proper recording of receipts, debit/credit notes, and team coordination.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Good mastery of accounting principles and banking processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
- Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
