FS Consulting is looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Assistant to join our Dubai office immediately.
Job Requirements
✅ Commerce graduate
✅ Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
✅ Strong knowledge of bookkeeping & accounting entries
✅ Hands‑on experience with Zoho Books & Tally Prime
✅ Excellent proficiency in MS Excel
✅ Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
✅ Candidates on Visit Visa / Cancellation Visa / Sponsored Visa are welcome
✅ Immediate joiners only
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records
Follow up with clients for timely collection of data and documents required for accurate accounting and compliance
Ensure proper filing and record‑keeping of financial documents
Coordinate with clients to resolve accounting queries
Assist in VAT-related documentation and reporting (if applicable)
Occasionally support digital marketing activities (such as social media posts, basic content sharing, or follow‑ups) to help increase client base and visibility
Support management with administrative and accounting tasks as required
Salary
AED 1500 – 3000 (based on experience)
⚖ Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
