Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP software preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
- Maintain financial records and filing systems
- Handle data entry in accounting software and Excel
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management
- Follow up on payments and supplier statements
- Support preparation of reports for management
- Coordinate with other departments for financial documentation
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
