Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Date Entry Specialist /Accounts Assistant** with strong expertise in **Tally ERP and Quick book Software** to manage day-to-day accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling statements, and supporting the finance team in reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in **Tally ERP (TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9)**
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable entries
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Generate invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment vouchers
- Perform monthly closing and prepare financial reports
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions (e.g., VAT, TDS)
- Support preparation of audit schedules and documentation
- Monitor and maintain petty cash records
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
