Intern on FTI Consulting’s Strategy & Transformation team, supporting client projects and business development.
Work with consultants to identify client challenges, perform analysis, and develop insights for strategic decisions.
The internship is described as starting June 14 and ending August 20, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Synthesize findings into presentations and reports; participate in client and internal meetings.
- Support project planning, coordination, execution, and implementation.
- Contribute to business development and intellectual capital development efforts.
Basic qualifications
- Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree, with graduation or gap year/semester date between June 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Able to work 40 hours per week for the full internship and travel to clients and FTI Consulting offices.
Preferred qualifications
- Preferred majors: Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; organized, structured, intellectually curious, and collaborative.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, professionally; interest in strategy consulting.

- Interns receive mentorship, training opportunities, and access to networking with senior team members and industry leaders.
- Development includes workshops, virtual courses, industry expertise, and learning through daily team and client interaction.
