Role overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Synthesize findings into clear presentations, reports, and insights.
• Participate in client and internal team meetings.
• Support project planning, coordination, execution, and implementation with senior team members.
• Contribute to client projects, business development, and intellectual capital development.

Basic qualifications

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a master’s program, with graduation between June 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting offices.

Preferred qualifications

• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; logical, curious, organized, and structured approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to influence in an international environment.
• Ability to work in a diverse team and demonstrate cultural awareness.
• Professional use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in strategy consulting across FTI Consulting’s industries.

Development and training

• Mentorship and guidance from an assigned mentor.
• Training through in-person workshops and virtual courses, including consulting skills and industry expertise.
• Networking opportunities with senior team members and industry leaders.
• On-the-job learning through daily interaction with teams and clients.
