Role overview
Operate a designated Sci-Fi Land attraction or experience zone, focusing on guest engagement, safety, instruction, and daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and supervise assigned zones, attractions, or activity areas.
- Instruct guests on gameplay, equipment use, and safety procedures.
- Engage guests and provide immersive storytelling.
- Monitor guest behavior and enforce safety and operational guidelines.
- Troubleshoot equipment and report technical issues promptly.
- Maintain zone cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
- Assist with crowd control, queue management, and guest flow.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Related entertainment, hospitality, customer-service, or attractions experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage guests of all ages.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Able to remain calm and professional in high-energy situations.
- Arabic and English are preferred.
Availability and physical requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
