Role overview
Develop, customize, integrate, and administer Zoho applications to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Zoho Creator applications.
- Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, automation, and reports.
- Administer Zoho Projects and configure Zoho Desk.
- Develop custom functions with Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics for business decisions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
- Maintain data accuracy, security, and system performance.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into scalable Zoho solutions.
- Document configurations, workflows, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Zoho development and at least 2 years of Zoho administration experience.
- Zoho Creator certification.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Desk.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting; experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of workflow automation, business process optimization, database concepts, and data migration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
