Seeking a Senior Business Development Executive focused on winning business in the UAE construction and property development sectors.
The role centers on opening doors, building relationships, and securing contracts with property developers and contractors.
What you'll do
- Generate qualified leads and build a pipeline of construction and property development opportunities.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts with major property developers and contractors.
- Secure larger, long-term contracts that drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Leverage an existing network to accelerate opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Represent the brand at industry events, tender meetings, and high-level stakeholder discussions.
Candidate requirements
- At least five years of business development experience in Dubai.
- Established network in the UAE construction industry, with business contacts among property developers.
- Proven ability to close deals and secure contracts with property developers.
- Background in Aluminium or MEP industries is required.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Candidates must have relevant UAE construction-industry experience and existing property developer contacts.
