Human Resources Specialist

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and records management.
• Hire real estate sales agents as a primary responsibility.
• Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain employee files and attendance records, and manage leave.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Coordinate with management on HR matters and employee relations.
• Liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of UAE HR experience.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently in a small entity.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred qualifications

• A real estate brokerage background is preferred.
• Hindi speaker is preferred.

Location and schedule

• Job location is Dubai, Business Bay.
• The stated schedule is 6 days per week and 8 hours per day.

Compensation

• Full-time permanent employment.
• Salary is AED 7,000–9,000 per month, based on experience.
