- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating repair and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and company standards, and supporting the delivery of exceptional service.
- This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage workshop resources effectively while driving operational excellence.
- Manage daily workshop operations and workflow.
- Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skills and workload.
- Monitor technician productivity and workshop bay utilization.
- Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, company policies, and safety requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and service advisors.
- Maintain workshop discipline, attendance, and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor the condition and availability of tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit daily performance and productivity reports.
