Automotive Technician

Overview

• We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our service team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• The role requires strong technical expertise in automotive systems, the ability to perform accurate diagnostics, and a commitment to delivering quality service within established timelines.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance services, including oil changes and filter replacements.
• Perform brake system inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Replace tyres, perform wheel balancing, and provide basic alignment support when required.
• Conduct battery testing, replacement, and charging system inspections.
• Inspect, service, and repair vehicle air conditioning (A/C) systems.
• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed accurately and within standard timeframes.
• Maintain proper documentation of work performed and report additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures for all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety standards, and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Support fellow technicians with complex repair tasks when required.
• Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism at all times.
