About The Role
We are seeking a bold, highly organized, and commanding **Workforce & Operations Administrator** to bridge the gap between corporate operations and our field workforce.
In this role, you will be responsible for master workforce planning, strict timekeeping compliance, operational expense tracking, asset management, and resolving labor camp grievances.
The ideal candidate must be an authoritative leader and a fluent communicator in both **Hindi and English** to effectively manage worker relations while driving strict administrative compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design master schedules by consolidating planning inputs from various teams to optimize labor efficiency.
- Coordinate labor deployment daily and weekly across multiple sites to maximize productivity.
- Certify operational expenses, including fuel costs and vehicle fines.
- Audit vehicle logistics by monitoring maintenance, tracking renewals, insurance, and formal expense certifications, including Salik, ADNOC, and Darb
- Manage fleet tracking, including GPS renewals, vehicle tracking setups, and generating movement reports.
- Oversee company assets by tracking the allocation, status, and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
- Handle worker grievances at the labor camp to de-escalate issues and maintain a harmonious environment.
- Serve as secondary incident responder, assisting the Camp Boss with any urgent situations occurring at the camp or on-site.
Job Requirements
- **Experience:** 3–5+ years in workforce planning, operations administration, or industrial workforce coordination.
- **Languages:** Full professional fluency in both **Hindi and English** is mandatory.
- **Skills:** Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel for scheduling/rosters) and portal management.
- **Personality:** Bold, assertive, and detail-oriented. Must be able to enforce strict processes with management while commanding respect from laborers.
- **Geography:** Knowledge of UAE logistics, Sharjah operations, and permit processes is highly preferred
