We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Coordinator to manage project documentation and provide high-level administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized filing system, drafting professional correspondence, and assisting with basic visual content creation for reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Organize, track, and maintain all project-related documents (drawings, submittals, and reports) in digital and physical formats.
- Professional Correspondence: Draft, format, and proofread formal emails, letters, and memos to clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Creative Support: Use Adobe Photoshop to perform basic image editing, touch-ups for site photos, or layout adjustments for project presentations and templates.
- Office Administration: Assist the MEP Project Manager with scheduling, data entry, and preparing meeting minutes using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Quality Control: Ensure all outgoing documents follow company templates and meet professional standards for English grammar and formatting.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (as per project requirements).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for basic design/editing tasks.
- Strong organization, time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
