Workday Data Conversion/Reporting Manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.
• Hands‐on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced, team‐based consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Prior consulting experience on Workday implementations.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases (e.g., initial implementation, optimization, or post‐production support).
