Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily wood factory operations, production planning, and workflow.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to review approved shop drawings, dimensions, materials, and specifications.
- Manage factory workers, carpenters, machine operators, and installation teams.
- Monitor material usage, stock availability, and production requirements.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and finishing of manufactured woodwork.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and transportation of finished products to project sites.
- Supervise installation of joinery, furniture, doors, cabinets, wall cladding, and other wooden elements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other trades during installation.
- Monitor progress and ensure production and installation meet approved timelines.
- Ensure workplace safety procedures and proper use of machinery and tools.
- Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct final inspections, rectify defects, and ensure work meets approved quality standards.
